Instructions
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
- Provide three (3) current letters of reference from healthcare providers familiar with the contractor's clinical practice, including one from the Chief of Staff/Medical Director or Immediate Supervisor
- Have worked within the last 6 months

Required Documentation
