Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide wound care and dressings as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control practices and maintain a safe environment.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care when necessary.
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Required documents: BLS, ACLS, PALS
