Job Title : LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location : Salem, OR 97305
Shift Schedule : Between the hours of 7 : 30AM and 5 : 00PM (Monday through Friday, 40hrs / week)
Duration : 1 Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Start Date : March 2025
Qualification
Education : Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree from a social work program accredited by the CSWE (Council on Social Work Education)
License : Current, unrestricted license a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent to practice in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnose mental health disorders.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention and create safety plans during emergencies.
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and social services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct community outreach and educate on mental health issues.
