Job Title: LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Salem, OR 97305
Shift Schedule: Between the hours of 7:30AM and 5:00PM (Monday through Friday, 40hrs/week)
Duration: 1 Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Start Date: March 2025
Qualification
Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree from a social work program accredited by the CSWE (Council on Social Work Education)
License: Current, unrestricted license a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent from any state of the United States.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Responsibilities:Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnose mental health disorders.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention and create safety plans during emergencies.
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and social services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct community outreach and educate on mental health issues.
