Shift: 8- or 16-hour shift Must be available for any shift as needed 40hr guarantee Must be okay with floating units (Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required)
Requirements
License: New Hampshire, Compat state License
Certifications: BLS/CPR (AHA)
Experience: 1 year current experience
Must be willing to float
Covid vaccination Required
Previous travel experience Highly Preferred
Rural/small facility experience Highly Preferred
Job description:
- Provide basic nursing and restorative care under LPN/RN supervision, following facility policies.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and skin care treatments as per care plans.
- Support resident mobility and movement, including ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Assist with nutrition and bodily functions, including feeding, hydration, toileting, and monitoring input/output.
- Ensure resident safety, respond to emergencies, and follow facility protocols for falls and fire drills.
- Maintain resident confidentiality, follow infection control protocols, and respect spiritual beliefs.
- Communicate with nursing staff, report observations, and adhere to care plans and facility procedures.
Salary : $17 - $22
