Proficiency in Homecare Home Base (HCHB) and OASIS Required
Arrhythmia certification Preferred
Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile (Lower than the IRS-established rate)
Job description:
- Deliver general nursing care and related services to assigned patients in a home health setting.
- Perform treatments using aseptic techniques, including sterile dressings, irrigations, and cauterizations.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans based on individualized needs.
- Provide functional direction to ancillary personnel to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Homecare Home Base (HCHB) and OASIS.
- Monitor patient conditions, report any changes in health status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Salary : $26 - $34
