Nurse Recruiter Responsibilities

• Recruiter to ensure that positions are filled timely with quality candidates and established protocols are followed
• Manage the implementation of identified recruitment strategies to source, attract, hire and retain high quality candidates
• Oversee projects to further streamline or enhance the recruitment process
• Develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of nurses.
• Develop and maintain contacts with Hospitals, placement firms and other sources of applicants.
• Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal and external reports and correspondence
• Make cold calls, manages database of nurses, and sources leads locally as well as nationally.
• Post jobs online
• Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts
• Pay : $18/HR Plus Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
