Job Title : CNA - Long Term Care (Afternoons)

Location : Petoskey, MI

Start Date : Feb 24, 2025

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift Schedule : 2p - 10 : 30p, 40 hrs / week, Every Other Weekend / Holiday Rotation

Qualification :

  • Experience : 2 years of experience as a CNA in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
  • License : Michigan state CNA license
  • Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Covid card

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Document patient care and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure hygiene standards are met.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR or other electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation.
  • Provide care in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings, leveraging two years of experience in these environments.
