Qualification:
Experience: 3 years of recent Phlebotomy experience.
Certifications: Phlebotomist, BLS - Good to have
If shortlisted, CME is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inpatient, outpatient, ED, STAT, ASAP, and timed blood draws using venipuncture, finger sticks, or heel sticks.
- Label, process, and prepare blood samples for testing and send-out procedures.
- Verify patient identity, ensure patient comfort, and follow infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, sanitize equipment, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
