Job Title : RN ICU
Location : Berlin, NH
Start Date : April 14, 2025
Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule : 12-hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights), may float to Med-Surg for low census if needed 36 hrs
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in the ICU.
License : NH RN license or compact license.
Certifications : BLS, ACLS (AHA).
References : Two supervisory references from recent employers.
Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients.
Closely monitor, assess, and intervene to support patients with complex medical conditions.
High proficiency required in ventilator care, cardiac monitoring, IV management of pressors, anti-arrhythmic agents, and sedation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-hospitalization care.
