Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the specialty.
License: Must hold a current, valid RN license from any state.
Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established medical protocols and treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document medical histories.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in medical procedures and emergency response situations.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Support patient discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care.
