What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Prime Pizza?
Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for warewashing, cleanliness of kitchen, bathrooms, dining area and outside area. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Washing dishes and tools as needed in a timely manner
- Preparing sauces, salads, cookies, meatballs and other items with consistent quality
- Assisting prep team with dough mixing and portioning
- Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are cleaned on a regular basis including vents and hoods.
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
- Communicating with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise
- Receiving orders and checking for any shorted or subbed items upon delivery
- Positive attitude and being coachable is very important to us
