Responsibility Summary
Daily responsibilities are to answer, receive and document client information, load the information into our dispatch program, route calls as needed to specific staff or technicians. This is not a remote position. Additionally, you will be assisting our Inside and Outside Managers with various minor admin tasks as needed. Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Service Titan preferred
- A Fluid Typing Speed with Accuracy
- Knowledge in Word, Excel & Microsoft Office
- Organizational & Multi-tasking skills
- Must be an effective communicator, written and verbal
