Job Description
- One on one private duty nursing shift care
- Administer medications and treatments according to a prescribed regimen
- Monitor client's condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications
- Notify supervisor of changes in client's condition
- Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniques
- Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards
- Participate in Continuing Education Programs
