Target Pay : $136,883 - $164,424 20% annual discretionary bonus
Role Overview : Prime Residential’s Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee and ensure the successful execution of capital improvement and construction projects from inception to completion across the company's diverse multifamily residential real estate portfolio and manage a small team. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, they manage all aspects of regional construction projects, including vendor relationships, pre-construction planning, project execution, delivery, post-construction, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring adherence to Prime's policies, best practices, and procedures.
