Prime Response Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide logistics services at a Federal agency in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, in office position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This position will provide mission support analysis, advisory, and task assistance to include, but is not limited to :
- Assisting the COR / TMs in the development of metrics, key performance indicators, and other measurements of mission support performance.
- Providing audit readiness support on existing Logistics and Facilities processes by maintaining compliance in accordance with all pertinent regulations, instructions, and policies and addressing any deficiencies.
- Assisting the COR / TMs with deadlines that need to be met with contractual terms and ensure that all financial items are posted within those deadlines.
- Assisting the COR / TMs with process change procedures, including the implementation and monitoring of existing and new policies; the development of policies and standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) and other guidance documents for various business processes within the Facility Office Services’ (“FOS”) arena.
- Developing documentation for workflow processes, as well as implementing and managing such processes.
- Provide plans and operations assistance for large government logistical and / or facility projects, including the upcoming CFTC DC Headquarters move.
- Assist the Project Manager with oversight and direction of the operations.
- Assist the Project Manager with corporate metrics and reporting across the entire contract.
- Perform quality control inspections on PRI logistics process at CFTC.
- Assist with PRI and government incident reporting on an as needed basis.
- Assist other projects with documenting logistics processes as required.
- Performing requirements analysis and documentation, to include the identification of gaps or areas where existing processes fall short and identify the corrections necessary for areas of improvement.
