Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

- Compliance and Policy Development: Supports adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR Manager.
- HRIS Analyst: Expert / SME in UKG modules, Learning and Analytics. Strong at work process designs and flows to improve and leverage technological capabilities.
- Benefits Administration: Supports employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Future Responsibilities:
- Leadership Roles: As the company expands and grows, take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of new HR strategies to support company expansion.

Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
