- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across retail construction, electrical services, technology deployment, and corporate teams.
- Supervise and mentor recruiting coordinators; ensure alignment to company standards, goals, and timelines.
- Partner with department heads to develop proactive workforce plans and tailored sourcing strategies for various geographic markets.
- Develop high-impact sourcing channels that reflect industry best practices, including skilled trades networks, construction talent platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Champion employer branding initiatives and market opportunities through job boards, social media, and industry-specific channels.
- Source and engage active and passive talent through online tools, networking, and industry referrals.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring managers in consistent, effective interview practices.
- Prioritize diversity and inclusion in sourcing, screening, and hiring practices to support a strong, well-rounded workforce.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain updated job descriptions that reflect current needs and expectations.
- Manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, communication, and feedback loops using applicant tracking systems.
- Analyze recruiting KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Represent Prime Retail Services at job fairs, trade expos, and workforce development events to strengthen talent attraction

Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
