We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Fresno and play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. This is an important Entry Level Account Manager role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively assist the sales team in driving business growth.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide face to face support to new and existing customers, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of sales services.
- Track sales activities and ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring all materials are tailored to meet client needs.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with clients and customers.
- Support the sales team with the development and execution of sales strategies, offering insights based on client interactions.
- Assist with sales campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to ensure the success of our sales targets.
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support, client services, or an account manager role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
