Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, conduct inspections, and close sales for residential and commercial roofing projects. You will educate potential clients on Exterior and interior solutions, provide accurate estimates, and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.

Skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology sales processes.
- Proven experience in sales (roofing or construction sales preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Proven experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of roofing materials and industry trends is a plus
- Experience in retail sales or territory management is preferred but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
