Prime Roofing is seeking motivated individuals with sales experience to join our team. Sales are crucial to our business, and we offer extensive support to help you succeed. You will receive leads or a list of potential contacts to call, as well as generate your own leads. Your role will be to convert these leads into prospects and ultimately into customers.
Experience in sales is required for this role. Our team will provide paid training and support you throughout the process to ensure your success.
Daily responsibilities include attending sales training sessions and meetings, making follow-up calls, canvassing areas for potential clients, presenting roofing system options and pricing to clients, building lasting professional relationships, and closing sales. You must be able to climb ladders and work on roofs.
The owner of Prime Roofing comes from a family with a long history in roofing, dating back to 1972. "My grandparents, Buck and MaryAnn Forrester, roofed homes across West TN and West Memphis, AR. We take pride in delivering top-quality roofs at competitive prices."
Sales goals are set, and bonuses are awarded for achieving these goals. Additional details about compensation will be provided during the interview.
