Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious production leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer interactions, line management, scheduling, and leadership to facilitate the efficiency of the warehouse. This role requires a strong understanding of leadership, some computer work, and adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations.
Duties
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Scheduling manpower to keep production rolling smoothly.
- Meet with customers, handle any issues, and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus but not required.
