Prime Source Purchasing is a leading consulting and administrative company in the foodservice industry. We are located in Bergen County and have an immediate Part Time position available for an administrative/clerical support position. The right candidate must be dependable, motivated, flexible, well organized and a quick learner with a “can do” attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
· Main responsibility will be Validation. Compare and validate information from distributor’s data files received daily and update information. In this role accuracy is crucial and 90 % of job will be spent on a computer.
· Interaction with manufacturers and brokers.
· Answer phones, make copies, scan documents, shred, and data entry
· Provide administrative support to the program management staff
· Additional duties include, but are not limited to other day-to-day operational tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven telephone and communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong organizational skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain detail oriented while multi-tasking
- Knowledge and proficiency in computer operations utilizing Microsoft Office products – Must be proficient in Word, Excel, & Outlook!
- Are energetic, motivated and dedicated
