Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and personable server to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have open availability and good guest services. As a server, you will be expected to make our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and drink orders using the Toast POS system.
- Provide information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Buss your tables
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an upscale restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed.
