In this role, you’ll be a key player responsible for the efficient and quality repair, maintenance, and installation of household appliances and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Repair Appliances: Quickly and accurately identify issues with appliances, troubleshoot using technical manuals, and perform repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong communication with customers, providing clear estimates, explaining services, and ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards.
- Efficiency & Safety: Ensure efficient use of materials, maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, and follow safety protocols to provide quality service.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports, in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years or older.
