Position: Systems Engineer (6-Month Contract)
Location: Seattle Hybrid schedule or REMOTE
Rate Range: $55-75/hr, DOE and location

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain server and Cisco/ Meraki/ Nexus network & firewalls with high availability and reliability.
- Participate infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Participate in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT infrastructure.
- Assist in developing and maintain disaster recovery plans with regular testing.
- Provide Tier II & Tier III support for M365/O365
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with teams and vendors.
- Optimize system performance and strategically plan infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Document system configurations, architecture, and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in systems engineering and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing Windows servers, VMware, and Azure a plus
- Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
