Job Description:

The Tower Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise tower technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory management and personnel performance
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and prioritize resource allocation
• Foster open communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom construction or related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and other software tools
