This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed application systems to process data as well as design, code, test, debug, and document programs. This position is also responsible for collaborating with other team members by providing technical advice and training.ResponsibilitiesConsult with System Analysts, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to establish specifications and estimations on small-scale initiatives and requestsWrite detailed descriptions of user needs, system design, program functions, and steps required to modify computer systems and ensure complianceDevelop, code or modify, test, and debug application programs to change control processesTrain end-users and assist technical support staff on use of application systems software as neededAnalyze and recommend changes to improve efficiency, lower costs, and enhance quality of business applicationsWork with System Analysts, Technical Leads, and Business Users to develop and implement acceptance test plan to ensure product meets customer requirements and expectationsReview code quality and drive automation process routinesOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required2 years of experience supporting key enterprise business applications and serversMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExperience with : Google Cloud Composer, Google BigQuery, Google Dataflow, Google Dataplex, Python and PysparkAbility to be flexible and willingly take direction from management, project team, and more sr.
