This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert and performing activities required for the support of secured IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesInterfacing with various Prime teams, vendors, clients and others for the implementation and support of networking products and servicesContribute to Data Center and Enterprise LAN / WAN environments and overall network future infrastructure architecture and support strategy.Design, engineer, and support data center, performance hub, and cloud routingCollaborate with other staff and departments to meet department and project deadlinesCollaborate with IT Security departments to mitigate security vulnerabilitiesDocument network infrastructure changesUse ITIL process and procedures for change, incident and problem management of network environmentsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience with specific domain relevant to team5 years of experience in Network routing / switching technologies.Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExperience with WAN technologiesExperience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ISR / ASRExperience with Arista technologiesRouting Technologies (BGP expertise is a must)Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team and independentlyCapable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadershipAbility to transition abstract concepts into technical deployment designsAbility to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisonsStrong analytical and technical problem-solving skillsStrong traits of decisiveness and judgmentAbility to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisonsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)Previous experience in PBM / health care industryUnderstanding of security implications of domainITIL Foundations CertificationMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to a Manager in the IT departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
