Protocol Analyst

We are actively searching for Protocol Analysts, located in Hawaii, to support our team. We have varying levels of Protocol Analyst roles, depending on years of experience and education.

Job Description

• 450 / 451/ 452 Grads
• Tools: DVT, WVT, PKTSWING
• Ability to dig into massive sets of hexdump and pick out repeatable sets of data that could be forms of communication hiding in the signal.
  
  

Responsibilities Include

• The Protocol Analyst works directly with signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g., bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 15 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses: 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis) or who have participated in or graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP)
• Bachelor's Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or related technical field
• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis, including protocol analysis, and preferably related to communication signals, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis
  
  

Pay Range: $105,000-$135,000

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to offer a general idea of the compensation for the role and is based on market research and internal benchmarks. The actual salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location.

This range is subject to change and does not constitute a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, the salary offered may be adjusted based on the candidate's performance during the selection process and evolving business needs.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
