As a Telecommunications Account Trainee, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by assisting clients with their telecommunication needs. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Telecommunications Account Trainee Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Rogers products and services, including wireless plans, internet packages, and device options
- Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate information is maintained with accordance to our compliance guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Rogers products and services to enhance their experience and satisfaction
- Process sales transactions and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Collaborate with other Telecommunications Account Trainee team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information
Qualifications for our Telecommunications Account Trainee:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
