Flag Football Referee

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable referee to officiate flag football games for our league (ages 18-30). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring fair play and maintaining a positive environment for young athletes.

Duties

• Officiate flag football games, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the sport.
• Communicate clearly with players to explain calls and decisions.
• Manage conflicts on the field with professionalism and authority.
• Maintain a safe playing environment by monitoring player conduct and enforcing rules.
• Collaborate with other referees and officials to ensure smooth game operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in officiating flag football games is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey rules and decisions.
• Ability to manage conflicts calmly and fairly during games.
• A passion for flag football.
