Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN / LVN Long Term Care professional for a travel job in a dynamic setting. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs.
Salary and Benefits
The pay package includes an estimated wage of $16 - $17/hr and non-taxable travel benefits if eligible. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
