Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical Surgical/Trauma care, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- RN licensure in the state of Virginia required
- 1-2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Trauma care preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
