Job description
Prime Vacations is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who will manage and oversee work orders that come in and dispatch them out to maintenance technicians, vendors, or other departments. You will work closely with the other maintenance team members, as well as, other departments to ensure accurate and timely distribution of work orders into our property management software.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Scheduling out daily and recurring workorders, appointments, and projects.
- Prioritizing work order tasks for maintenance technicians and vendors, reviewing and answering emails and phone calls.
- Ability to research and investigate issues thoroughly to decide the best assignee.
- Follow up and make sure tasks are completed by maintenance technicians and vendors.
- Helping to maintain accurate property information within our software system.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, New Technologies
- Professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
