Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Research Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing market research operations with a focus on TV/Movie/UX research. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team across various locations such as London, Seattle, and New York. You will engage directly with customers, lead research projects, and work on qualitative/quantitative research related to Prime Video. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, receiving requests from different departments, and managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research for Prime Video
- Collaborating with stakeholders and departments to address research requests
- Leading research projects as per requirements
Skills:
- 5 years of experience in research program management
- Proficiency in Qualtrics survey creation
- Background in UX or design research
- Familiarity with C-SAT, trackers, etc.
- Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience in vendor management; managing panels is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Certification in market research or related area (preferred)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Culver City CA (onsite)
Pay Range: $37 - $42 per hour
