Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of projects/programs related to integrating titles from Freevee to Prime Video. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, preparing reports for upper management, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure media content meets quality standards. The position requires a high level of creativity, leadership skills, and the ability to work with various tools such as Excel, Quip, and Word.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the integration of titles from Freevee to Prime Video with vendors and partners
- Investigate and check the status of TV shows and movies using internal tools
- Troubleshoot questions/issues with partners/internal stakeholders to ensure media content goes live on Prime Video
- Track the status of all items using tools like Excel, Quip, Word, etc.
- Communicate project status updates to internal teams
- Review content to guarantee it meets quality standards
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with AirTable is preferred
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in a related field
- Previous streaming experience (Max, Netflix, etc.) is desirable
- Customer service experience is a plus
