Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and systems according to detailed schematics and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and ohmmeters, to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components.
- Fabricate parts as needed for assembly processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processes or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficient in soldering techniques, particularly with surface mount technology (SMT).
- Experience with logic controllers and their integration into assembly processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters.
- Ability to fabricate components as required for specific assembly tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly-related issues effectively.
