Prime Care, Inc. is looking for responsible direct care staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in DDS group homes located throughout Connecticut.
We are hiring Full Time
Location: Northfield, Connecticut (15 commute Waterbury, CT via Route 8)
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
Job Requirements:
- Valid CT driver license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical/PPD, drug test, criminal/DMV/Abuse Registry/past employer background checks
- Ability to complete required trainings within 14 days of hire
- Ability to become DDS Med Certified within 6 months of hire for full time and part time positions
Education:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Other Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills to document on agency medical records system
- Ability to support, instruct and supervise individuals providing a therapeutic and safe environment

Pay: $18.35 - $18.85 per hour
Work Location: In person
Current Full-time and part-time openings.
Full-time: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (40 hours)
Part-time: Thursday to Friday 7am to 3pm & Saturday 6am to 2pm (24 hours)
Per diem also available.
Salary : $18 - $19
