As a Physician/Medical Director with PrimeCare Medical, Inc., you will have the opportunity to utilize your medical skills and knowledge daily.
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Full-Time Physician/Medical Director to join our team in multiple facilities within the Western Pennsylvania region, specifically Butler and Crawford counties.
This role involves weekly travel amongst multiple facilities, and a company vehicle or fuel card will be provided for convenience.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Physician/Medical Director, your duties will include:
- Providing medical service to inmates/patients using current medical standards
- Managing the clinical aspects of the medical program according to NCCHC/ACA standards and PCM policies
- Collaborating with facility administration and physicians/mid-level providers/nursing staff
- Evaluating inmates/patients for mental illness and referring them to mental health services as needed
- Referring inmates/patients to appropriate medical facilities when necessary
- Overseeing and supervising medical clinical services
**Requirements**
To be considered for this position, you must be:
- A graduate of an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Possessing specialty training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Correctional Medicine, and/or Urgent Care
- Licensed to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
