We are seeking dedicated Family Medicine and Med / Peds physicians to join our team at our Searcy, Sherwood (North Little Rock), and Conway clinics. Known for delivering high-quality outpatient care, we offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth. Additionally, each physician is supported by scribe services to enhance efficiency and focus on patient care.

Position Details :

Specialty : Family Medicine or Med / Peds (MD / DO accepted)
Locations :

Searcy : 400 S. Main Street, Searcy, AR 72143

Sherwood (North Little Rock) : Currently located at 2504 McCain Blvd, North Little Rock, AR 72116 (Moving to Sherwood in 2025)

Conway, AR

Employment Type : Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Schedule : 40 hours per week (typically 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility for 4 ten-hour days)

Call Schedule : Phone call only, with nurses taking first call. On-call physicians typically receive only 1 call per week.

Outpatient Only : Yes, with minimal telemedicine (less than 1% of visits)

Patient Load : Approximately 25-27 patients per day (depending on complexity)

EMR System : Eclinical Works (ECW)

Compensation and Benefits :

Base Salary : Starting at $215k plus Production Bonus

Benefits : Full benefits package including medical malpractice coverage, retirement plans, and CME allowance

Additional Perks : Relocation assistance, possible stipend for residency

Practice Highlights :

5 Physicians and 18 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the practice

Access to specialty physicians for consultation

Scribe services are provided for each physician

Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified / Eligible : Must be board eligible if still within one year of finishing residency (2025 grads)

Language : Spanish is helpful but not required

Visa Candidates : Open to discussion

Ideal Candidate : Team player with high moral character who values collaboration and patient care
