Job Summary :
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC and plumbing systems for multi-family construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC and plumbing installations on multi-family projects.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams to align project goals.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with scope and regulations.
- Lead project meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all job sites.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to meet project timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
