What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable/Data Entry position at PRIMEDIA Network, Inc.?
PRIMEDIA, is a national TV media agency (www.primedianetwork.com) and we have an IMMEDIATE need for an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join our company. -- this is NOT an Office Manager role. If you like to work with numbers and data, then this position is for you.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in Accounts Payable and QuickBooks. Knowledge in Excel is preferred. An extreme attention to detail is a must as you will also be doing Data Entry as well.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or an Associate's Degree in Accounting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be accountable and take ownership for all tasks
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
