What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter Talent Acquisition - Remote position at PRIMEDIA Network, Inc.?
The PRIMEDIA Network is the nation's largest unwired Network of Local TV stations with over 1000 stations in 180 plus markets nationwide - including ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX stations.
We are looking to aggressively grow our remote and inside sales team and need help from a skilled, professional recruiter with experience in sourcing out the best talent available.
We also run an reduced fee legal program and are looking to bring on contract attorneys nationwide.
We currently run recruitment ads on Zip Recruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn and Craig's List and receive dozen of resumes each day. We need someone to go through these resumes to find the best candidates. And then speak with them by phone to pre-qualify them. We would also like to have you recruit people that have not applied but are looking for new employment.
This position will be 15-20 hours per week to start and then can grow to full time quickly if that is what you are looking for.
