Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry!BECOME A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!Our Customer Service Agent plays an important role in providing exceptional service to passengers and visitors at the airport. This role involves welcoming passengers, assisting with inquiries, and offering support with check-in and boarding processes. The Customer Service Agents must ensure compliance with airline policies, security regulations, and safety procedures, while also addressing passenger concerns and providing solutions. You will collaborate with various airport departments to facilitate a seamless passenger experience, contribute to maintaining a positive airport environment, and uphold high standards of customer service excellence.WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTGreet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiriesProvide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport servicesHandle passenger check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteouslyAssist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in proceduresEffectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely mannerMake announcements and keep passengers informed about flight changes and boarding timesHandle the boarding process, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passesCoordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experienceProcess ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as neededExceed customer service and safety standards set by PrimeFlightPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesOne year of customer service experienceAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documentsAbility to use electronic devices including IPads / Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Ability to work any day / shift, including holidays, within a 24 / 7 operationPHYSICAL ACTIVITY / WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE : Ability to lift up to 70 poundsProlonged standing and walking in an indoor / outdoor environment as applicableMust be able to push, pullMust be able to reach with arms and grasp with handsMust be able to bend, stretch, squat, and kneelExposure to moderate and at times high noise levelsBe able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarmsTasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and / or fingersSpecific vision abilities required for this job include : Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)Airlines are 24 / 7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
