Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting ASAP-November 8 at their Corporate Health clinic in Colorado Springs, CO. Provider will see ages newborn and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits with a mixture of in person, telephone, and virtual appointments (10-12 patients per day).
Hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, although work shift could also be 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm (clinic asks that provider be flexible for this change).
Minimum Requirements :
- Provider must have 3 years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
- Client will consider providers who see ages 5 .
