Job Description
This is a temporary assignment requiring the Nurse Practitioner to work on specific dates:
- March 31-April 4
- May 12-23
- June 20
- August 15
The provider will be responsible for delivering primary care services to patients aged 2 and above, including acute episodic care and wellness visits.
Working Hours
The working hours for this assignment are as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm (with a 60-minute lunch break)
- Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (with a 60-minute lunch break)
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
