Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for February 25, 26, & 27 at their Corporate Health Center in Sidney, OH. Provider will work with RN to see ages 2 and up for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are Tuesday & Thursday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm and Wednesday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2 years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty too qualify for this assignment.
