- December 15 for contract assignment in Folsom, CA from September 30
- December 23.
Hours for Physician are Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 8 : 00am
Hours for NP / PA are Monday
Provider will be the only provider seeing ages 2 , mostly adults, for primary care and acute care.
Clinic is staffed by both administrative and clinical support.
It is a primary care center with onsite Labs, Physical Therapy, Chiropractor, Acu, and Behavioral Health.
Candidates must have 2 years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
