Coverage is primarily need Friday, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm; weekend shifts, 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm; 11 : 00pm - 7 : 00am. Shifts can be confirmed 30 days in advance. PRN hours to be open indefinitely and contract date can be extended. Provider will see employees for occupational health. Candidates must have 2 years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
